I am a professional, licensed taxidermy shop that SPECIALIZES in fish and fish reproductions. Free driftwood with every fish or fish reproduction mount, unless otherwise specified.

I offer quality mounts at a reasonable price. I have a reasonable turnaround time. I stand behind my work and go the extra mile for my customers.

TomKat Taxidermy also offers a mount cleaning and repair service to all my customers.

I am a member of the Wisconsin Taxidermy Association.

When deciding on a taxidermist you need to ask:

• Does this taxidermist put forth his/her best effort with every mount he/she creates?
• Will the mount last over the years?
• Can you trust your trophy with this taxidermist?
• Will your mount be beautiful and lifelike?

  With TomKat Taxidermy you can answer each question with YES! Customers will forget about how quickly they get their mount back, but they will always remember the quality and price. TomKat Taxidermy offers high quality mounts with proven methods and personal service that only 11 years of experience provides.

Things I won't do:

-Pets and other domestic animals.

-Any illegal animals or animals that were obtained illegally.

-Migratory birds

Repeat customers will be given priority, and I reserve the right to refuse any customer or any mount brought in. Any customer who cancels a project, fails to pay a deposit or balance when a project is completed will be refused future service. Any customers who becomes annoying or harassing can have the project cancelled and be billed for the work done. I will not turn away any repeat customers as long as you are willing to wait a little while.

Office hours:

Call or e-mail me for an appointment as this is a part-time business. Call between the hours 8am and 8pm Monday through Saturday. All e-mails will be answered within 48 hours unless I'm on vacation or ill.

Payments

I will accept cash, checks, money orders, and you can pay through Pay Pal. I won't accept 2 party checks, payroll checks or credit cards.

All projects received will need a 50% deposit. This includes fish reproductions. The full deposit should be paid within 30 days of the project being received by TomKat Taxidermy unless other arrangements are made. No other payments need be paid until completion of the project. Failure to pay the deposit within 30 days of TomKat Taxidermy receiving the project will result in me sending you 1 and only 1 notice and your project will be put on hold. This can result in your project being skipped by others. If no deposit is paid within 6 months it will be considered abandoned and will become property of TomKat Taxidermy to be used in any way I see fit (sold, used as display, etc.) with no further notice or consideration paid to the customer.

Monthly Payments

Customers can arrange monthly payments on any mounts with no extra charges or interest. When making these payments use your mounts project number.

Final Payment

Full amount should be paid within 30 days of receiving notification that your mount is complete. Payment can be made using the above methods. If your mount is being shipped to you final payment must be made in full before shipping. If you pay using personal check I will wait 2 weeks for the check to clear then ship your project to you. If you haven't paid the final payment within the 30 days and haven't made other arrangements of payment you will be charge a $15 per month storage fee. If you haven't paid in full after 6 months of completion (unless other arrangements made) your project will be considered abandoned and TomKat Taxidermy will take possession of it.
